Before you can create your listing on Arts Oracle you will need to create an account. Once your account is open there are many choices available to you. These include location of your listing, what information you showcase and how it is featured.

To-date there have been very few directories and those that do exist, focus on specific pockets of the arts and are not updated frequently enough. Some require a form of membership or fee to obtain the information. Arts Oracle is different. It is a reference tool that is updated daily – as our industry changes so does this site. It's home on the web means it is able to deliver results in a way that a book cannot.

Arts Oracle offers various premium services which provide you with the chance to benefit from additional listing facilities and the opportunity to advertise, maximising your impact on this popular site. What makes us stand out is not only the fact that our premium services can be directly tailored to your needs, or that they will offer your business the best opportunity to reach its target market, but that these services cost dramatically less on this site.

Detailed Description:

For just £25 a year you can add an extended text area where you can provide detailed information about your business or organisation. You can use this to provide background information, news or special offers, and what’s more you can edit this text as many times as you like without incurring any additional charge.

Add a large banner:

£50 a year (that’s less than 14p a day!) will mean you can upload a large banner (580 pixels x 150 pixles) to your listing which will be shown on your details page. You can change this image as often as you like throughout the year.

Add a photo gallery:

For £100 a year you can have an image gallery included on your details page. The gallery can contain up to 18 images. You can change these as often as you like, at no extra charge. Images should not be larger than 800 pixels x 600 pixels and 400kb. Larger images will be resized automatically, and images over 400kb will be rejected.

Featured Listing:

Maximise your listing by featuring it!  This section will allow you to add your listing to the top of every category that you have your listing registered in. If you have upgraded your standard listing with a banner (£50 per year) it will also be shown on the listing. You can use this to advertise your special offers or announcements. The choice does not stop there – your listing can be time based, impressions based or clicks based.

 Premium Featured Listing:

This option results in your banner being featured on every page, both large at the top of the page and a smaller version at the foot of the page. These banners are cycled every 10 seconds in random order and there will be no more than 10 in the cycle. This option is available with similar options as a featured listing; time and clicks. (no impressions) If you use this option you will get the standard featured listing free for the duration of the front page exposure. If you have already paid for a standard featured listing we will freeze the expiration for the duration of the front page banner. After the front page banner expires your standard featured listing will continue as normal.
