Prices & Payment

Prices are as shown on the website, on the day the order is placed. An adjustment will be made if through error the prices published are incorrect. Arts Oracle Ltd. can at anytime review the pricing policy.

Payment is due on the day of placing the order. Payments can be made by Paypal by the authorised card holder only. Your listing will go live once funds have cleared.

Security. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the security of your card details, Arts Oracle Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any breach of security resulting in a misuse of a card, nor any costs incurred as a result.

Money back guarantee. If at any time you would like to cancel your advertisement you are entitled to apply for a pro-rata refund for any complete months remaining. This is subject to a £5 administration charge.

Arts Oracle Ltd. reserves the right to remove any business that we consider inappropriate for this website for any reason and at our own discretion. Refunds will be made in accordance with our money back guarantee.

Arts Oracle Ltd. Are not a party to or in any way responsible for transactions between you and third parties.

Only two free listings can be allocated to any one company per annum, any additional listing will incur a £5.00 charge.

Termination

Arts Oracle Ltd. may terminate your right to use or access this website at any time without notice and for any reason.

Arts Oracle Ltd. reserves the right to cease operating the whole or any part of this website at any time.

The termination of this Agreement (for any reason) shall;

i. be without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which Arts Oracle Ltd. may be entitled to under this Agreement or at law;

ii. not affect any accrued rights or liabilities which Arts Oracle Ltd. may then have; and

iii. not affect the coming into or continuance in force of any provision of this Agreement which is expressly or by implication intended to come into or continue in force after such termination.

Relationship of parties

Nothing within these terms and conditions creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between Arts Oracle Ltd. and the Listed or user. The Listed or user has no authority to make or accept any offers or representations, guarantees or warranties on Arts Oracle Ltd’s behalf.

General

From time to time, Arts Oracle Ltd. may change, alter or modify these Terms. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on this website and any use by you of this website after any such changes have been posted shall be deemed to indicate your agreement to the modified Conditions. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should cease use of this website.

Arts Oracle Ltd. may freely assign this Agreement. It may not be assigned by you.
